I’m Andrew Harding, certified personal trainer and founder of Cycle Strength. My mission is to help you achieve a level of fitness, strength and power you had not thought possible with so much else going on in your busy life.  

I can help you

At 39 years old, I had a stroke. I put it down to work stress, long hours, not enough rest – burning the candle at both ends. I had to get my life back on track and my fitness up to scratch. That stroke became a wake-up call!

How a Periodized Gym Training Plan Will Give Maximum Results in Minimum Time...

"But Andy, I don’t have time for all those training rides. I’m trying to balance my family life, my work, and my cycling!”


I’ve heard it before. Pros train 30 hours a week. If you just cycle, you have to grind out at least 8 hours a week to improve. That’s just training! 


Spoiler alert! If you get in the gym and do short, sharp intensive training sessions, you can bring it home in just 2 or 3 hours a week.
