I’m Andrew Harding, certified personal trainer and founder of Cycle Strength. My mission is to help busy cyclists over 40 achieve a level of fitness, strength, and power they didn’t think was possible.
Like many of you, I once pushed too hard. At 39 years old, I suffered a stroke from work stress, long hours, and neglecting recovery. That wake-up call forced me to rebuild my health, one step at a time.
