I specialize in strength, conditioning and fitness training for cyclists looking for improved stability, endurance and power. Learn gym exercises and workout programs that improve whole-body composition, balance and mobility for improved movement and comfort, both in and out of the saddle.
I’m Andrew Harding, certified personal trainer and founder of Cycle Strength. My mission is to help you achieve a level of fitness, strength and power you had not thought possible with so much else going on in your busy life.
At 39 years old, I had a stroke. I put it down to work stress, long hours, not enough rest – burning the candle at both ends. I had to get my life back on track and my fitness up to scratch. That stroke became a wake-up call!

I’ve heard it before. Pros train 30 hours a week. If you just cycle, you have to grind out at least 8 hours a week to improve. That’s just training!
